899bat Responsible Play – Play for fun, stay safe

Online gaming and betting is a great source of entertainment for many people. Placing a small bet while watching a cricket match or playing slots on a day off is perfectly fine — as long as you stay within your own limits. Responsible gaming means recognizing where those limits are and sticking to them.

899bat believes every member knows what's best for themselves. Our role is to provide the right tools and information to support those decisions. We're not here to stop anyone from playing — we're here to make sure everyone can play safely and enjoyably.

Responsible gaming has three core principles. First, stay within your budget — only spend what you can afford to lose without it affecting your life. Second, track your time — playing for hours on end stops being fun. Third, never chase losses — placing bigger bets to recover what you've lost is a dangerous cycle.

Most people don't realize when their gaming habits are heading in the wrong direction. Read through the warning signs below carefully. If any of them apply to you or someone close to you, consider reaching out for help.

899bat offers a number of free tools to support responsible gaming. No support assistance is needed to use them — they can be activated directly from your Account Settings.

A deposit limit is one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available. Setting your own cap significantly reduces the chance of overspending without realising it. Setting a deposit limit on 899bat is a straightforward process.

Self-Exclusion is a feature that lets you close your own account for a set period of time. During this period, you won't be able to log in and you won't receive any marketing communications from 899bat.

Many people think self-exclusion means admitting defeat. That couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, it shows that you're self-aware and capable of making responsible decisions. 899bat respects that choice.

• Duration: Choose any duration — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
• How to Apply: Do it yourself from Account Settings, or email us at support@899bat.best.
• When It Takes Effect: Your account will be closed within 24 hours of your request.
• Reactivation after the period ends: Once a self-exclusion period ends, your account does not reactivate automatically. You must consciously reapply, and there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Amount Deposited: You can withdraw your balance before self-exclusion begins. Withdrawals are not possible while the exclusion is active.

Playing responsibly doesn't mean less fun — it means more enjoyment over the long run. Following these simple habits will keep gaming a positive experience every time.

• Set Your Budget First: Decide in advance how much BDT you're willing to spend on gaming each month and stick to it. This budget should only be money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
• Track Your Playing Time: Decide how long you'll play before you start. Set a timer on your phone. When it goes off, stop playing.
• Don't Play to Chase Losses: A bad day doesn't mean you should try to win it all back the next day. Chasing losses is how problems start.
• Never play under the influence of alcohol or substances: Impaired judgment increases the chance of poor decisions. Play with a clear head.
• Take Regular Breaks: Take a break of at least 10–15 minutes every hour. Get up, drink some water, and stretch your legs.
• Don't Make Gaming Your Only Entertainment: Spend time with family, catch up with friends, stay active. Gaming should only be a small part of your life.
• Keep your expectations of winning low: Think of gaming as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money. A win is a bonus; even without one, you've still had fun.

899bat strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from opening an account or playing. However, if there are children at home, parents should also take some precautions.

• Keep Your Phone Locked: Use a PIN or fingerprint lock on your smartphone to prevent children from accessing your account.

• Keep Your Password Private: If you write down or save your login password anywhere, make sure it's stored well out of reach of children.
